Lee and discusses the recently ruled on case of Cindy Garcia – ”the actress who was duped into appearing in the film ‘The Innocense of Muslims'” which – with its wildly anti-muslim message – lead to everyone involved in it, including Ms. Garcia, receiving death threats. The judge’s ruling in favour of Ms. Garcia’s claim of copyright ownership of her appearance in the film may come to seriously harm the industries dealing with copyright issues on a daily basis as random claims are bound to skyrocket post this ruling.
